Recent data reveals a downward trend in the global palm oil supply over the past five years, underscoring the urgent need to strengthen upstream management practices. The Indonesian Oil Palm Society (MAKSI) plans to host the two-day International Oil Palm Research Dissemination and Exhibition (IORDEX) 2025, themed: “BREAKING THE FRONTIER: UPSTREAM INNOVATION TO ENHANCE THE SUSTAINABLE PALM OIL INDUSTRY.” As this is an international issue, the participation of researchers and all oil palm stakeholders from palm oil producing countries is highly encouraged, especially given the current uncertain global economic conditions. Indoor space for poster sessions and exhibitions will be available upon request. Access to the webinar will be provided exclusively for the foreign invited speaker during the plenary sessions. Please note that all parallel sessions will be held offline.

The International Oil Palm Research Dissemination and Exhibition (IORDEX), organized annually by the Indonesian Oil Palm Society (MAKSI), is a crucial program for several key reasons:
